  • I customize workouts based on what you already have. Many clients purchase resistance bands ($20-$30) for home use, but I also create gym-based and travel-friendly workouts so you can train anywhere.

  • No! You have full flexibility in meal timing and food choices. The only guidelines are:

    ✅ Total calories consumed

    ✅ Protein intake

    Beyond that, you eat what works for you!

  • Yes! Upon request, I provide sample meals and meal plans, as well as handouts on protein sources to simplify meal planning. For an additional charge, I also offer weekly meal planning customized to your needs.

  • No, but I recommend considering creatine for muscle support. Protein shakes can also help meet protein goals, but they’re optional.

  • With adherence, you can expect:

    2-10 lbs lost in the first week or two (some water weight).

    0.5 to 2 lbs of fat loss per week depending on consistency and workout intensity.

  • Daily or every-other-day check-ins happen during the first week.

    After that, clients can schedule additional 15-minute check-ins for $15 per session through the app.

  • We cover this in your consultation and intake form, and I customize your program accordingly. If any issues arise, I adjust your workouts and nutrition to keep you progressing safely.

  • The coaching program is $297 per month, which includes:

    • Direct access to me through the app for support & accountability

  • I’m committed to your success, and long-term consistency brings the best results. If life happens and you need to pause or cancel:

    After the 14-day free trial, the first month’s fee is charged.

    A 30-day notice is required for cancellation, but emergencies are considered case-by-case.

  • Yes! You can pause your membership for up to 12 months for a $10/month profile retention fee, which keeps all your progress saved.
